WILLEMSTAD - Anyone who wants to visit a relative or a friend who is locked up in the SDKK prison can now do this virtually. On Friday, the Minister of Justice launched the new system that uses WhatsApp to allow these types of contacts.

Due to Covid-19, physically visiting someone in prison is no longer allowed. The inmates have responded happily to the system, as they can now also communicate with people they have not seen or spoken to for a long time.
