WILLEMSTAD - Rafaelis Molina has been arrested by the police and is in juvenile detention again. The 17-year-old refugee from Venezuela escaped from the GOG at the end of September. She applied for asylum in April but was nevertheless detained.

In May the court ruled that the police had to release her. But instead, she was locked up in the Curaçao Judicial Institution. She escaped sometime later but now she is back there.
