WILLEMSTAD - Inspector Melvin Doran is not allowed to inspect vehicles for the time being. According to Minister Zita Jesus-Leito of Transport and Traffic, there are problems in how the department is dealing with the public.

Last week, a truck driver blocked the entrance to the inspection hall for hours in protest against the way Doran conducts the inspections and truck drivers have to pay more.
