WILLEMSTAD - Police have arrested a second suspect in the murder of rapper Boechi. Ruchendel 'Boechi' Windster, the rapper's full name, was fatally shot in December at a food truck after performing on the island. 

The suspect who was arrested is the second in the case. He is a 24-year-old man from the Seru Fortuna neighborhood. During the arrest, a 21-year-old woman was also arrested for weapon possession, but she was released after questioning. The man remains in custody. According to multiple sources, he is the possible shooter and may be a relative of the rapper. 

Earlier, a 44-year-old man was arrested in the Netherlands, who is said to have been the driver of the perpetrator's getaway car.
