WILLEMSTAD - As was reported earlier this week, Jet-Air received its permit from the civil aviation authorities. The new Curacao airline still needs permission for commercial flights.
Jet-air wants to fly to Trinidad, Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Colombia. Those countries must also give permission for this. The company has two Fokker 70 aircraft. 8 pilots and 8 crew members are employed for this.
In total, almost 40 people work at Jet-Air.
