WILLEMSTAD – The University of Curaçao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez (UoC) announced this morning that its Bachelor of Management Studies program has successfully completed the re-accreditation process conducted by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO). The result was a fully positive assessment for the program, which is offered at UoC’s Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences.
With this positive evaluation, students are assured of both the quality of their education and the international recognition of their bachelor’s degree, the university said in a press release.
“This milestone is the result of hard work, dedication, and perseverance by the Faculty’s team. It motivates us to continue working with joy and in close collaboration with all stakeholders to strengthen this program. All UoC programs are, or will be, assessed by the NVAO prior to commencement,” the statement read.
The Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) program offers two majors: International Business Management (IBM) and Marketing Management (MM). The four-year program is taught entirely in English, with each year built around a specific theme.
The UoC emphasized that the re-accreditation not only validates the program’s quality but also underscores its commitment to providing internationally recognized higher education opportunities in Curaçao.
