WILLEMSTAD - The University of Curaçao (UoC) is actively engaged in enhancing the quality of education it offers. Since the release of the critical baseline assessment report, UoC has initiated a process to formulate a plan for elevating educational standards. This was announced by the rector magnificus during a press conference held yesterday afternoon. The developmental and growth plan will soon be presented to the staff, allowing them to contribute their insights and suggestions.
Moreover, UoC has already enacted several improvement measures. For instance, as of April 1st, a management team has been established to assume certain responsibilities of the rector. Additionally, starting from the upcoming academic year, faculty members will have the opportunity to partake in training sessions aimed at enhancing their skills.
The university is also committed to fostering transparency and addressing financial deficits.
