WILLEMSTAD - The popular photographer of the local newspaper Vigilante Umpy Welvaart was caught this weekend with illegal items in his prison cell. Guards from block 1 in the SDKK prison searched his cell and found, among other things, a cellphone.

Other things too, but the prison management did not want to say anything more. Photographer Welvaart is in custody for possible involvement in drugs and gold smuggling, after they were found in his boat.
