WILLEMSTAD - The police have announced the rules for the opening of the Carnival season. The march today starts at the Waaigat and goes via the Penstraat to the end point at the SUBT stadium.

Cars that are not parked properly and that hinder the march are towed away. The roads along the route will be closed when the march is approaching. The Gran Marcha of the 50th edition of the Carnival is this year on February 23.
