Three Suspects Arrested in Mahuma During Police Raid Linked to Organized Crime Investigation

WILLEMSTAD Three young suspects were arrested during a police raid in the Mahuma neighborhood as part of an ongoing investigation into organized crime on Curaçao, according to a press release from the Curaçao Police Force (KPC). 

The raid took place on Tuesday morning at a residence in Juan Domingo. The Organized Crime Division conducted the operation in connection with an investigation into a previous shooting incident. 

During the house search, police discovered a significant quantity of drugs, ammunition, and a large amount of cash. The drugs, weapons, and related materials were seized by authorities. 

The arrested suspects include two men and one woman. The men were brought before a judge and placed in pretrial detention pending further investigation. The woman was released after questioning. 

The police are continuing their investigation into the case.
