WILLEMSTAD – The Public Affairs Department (Kranshi) of the Ministry of Governance, Planning and Public Service Delivery has informed the public that, starting Monday, March 9, 2026, its services will be temporarily relocated to four external locations.
The measure is necessary due to renovation works at Kranshi’s main building, located at Roodeweg 42 in Otrobanda. During the construction period, regular services cannot continue at the main office.
To ensure continuity of service, operations will be temporarily distributed across four different locations. Clients are advised that some services will be available by appointment only and that the number of clients that can be assisted per day will be limited.
Kranshi encourages the public to make use of its online services wherever possible. This will help ensure efficient processing and reduce congestion at the temporary service locations.
Online services are available at:
https://loketdigital.gobiernu.cw
or
https://sita.gobiernu.cw
The following services can be accessed online:
• Requests for extracts and official certificates (online or by appointment)
• Address change applications (online only)
• Requests for authenticity declarations (online only)
• Applications for replacement of identification documents (online only)
Kranshi asks for the public’s understanding during this period and states that every effort is being made to resume services at the main building as soon as possible.
