WILLEMSTAD – Starting Monday, March 10, all customers who require services or assistance from Aqualectra’s Customer Service Center must visit the temporary location at Sambil. During this period, Aqualectra will begin renovation and modernization work at its current location in Rif.
Aqualectra considers it essential to ensure that, along with maintaining a high level of service, the customer service environment is comfortable, accessible, and modern. The company remains committed to serving every customer effectively and working toward the well-being of the community it serves.
Aqualectra acknowledges that while the Sambil location may be convenient for some customers, it may pose a challenge for those who rely on public transportation. To address this, Aqualectra has arranged a temporary free shuttle service between Rif and Sambil during the day for customers who have difficulty reaching Sambil.
The shuttle service will operate from 8:00 AM, departing from Rif, and the last return trip will be at 6:00 PM, departing from Sambil. In Otrabanda, the shuttle will pick up passengers in front of the Customer Service Center at Rif.
Additionally, the Customer Service Center at Sambil will have extended operating hours to provide customers with more flexibility to access the services they need. The center will be open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and will be located near the Barbara Beach entrance—the same entrance where Botika di Servisio and Banco di Caribe are currently situated.
