WILLEMSTAD – The Project Team for Supervision & Enforcement (PTH) at the Ministry of Traffic, Transportation, and Urban Planning (VVRP) has been actively addressing various issues over the past two weeks.
PTH has dealt with a significant number of cases, including:
Encroachment of property boundaries.
Illegal dumping of waste on government land.
Unauthorized placement of containers on government property.
Illegal construction without the necessary permits.
Unauthorized use of public roads for waste disposal.
Potential illegal use of government land.
Inspection of advertising billboards on public roads.
Collection of scrap materials.
Removal of debris.
Right of neighbors concerning water flow.
Risk of wall collapse.
In cases where PTH has encountered activities taking place illegally, immediate actions were taken, involving workers and/or property owners who were present. Warning signs have been placed at locations where illegality was identified. PTH also appreciates individuals who are found to be in compliance with the regulations.

PTH conducted inspections in various areas, including Steenrijk, Cas Cora, Koraalspecht, Sta Rosa, Cas Grandi, Brakkeput Abou, Emancipatie Boulevard, Fuik, Saliña, Buena Vista, Sta Maria, Mundu Nobo, Charo, Jandorèt, Las Almas, Marchena, Caracasbaai, Nueva Esperanza, Ronde Klip, Zapateer, Montaña, and Trai Seru.
