WILLEMSTAD - 45 students from the International Hospitality & Tourism Management program of the University of Curaçao (UoC) were guests at TUI Curaçao on Tuesday. On World Tourism Day, the students were given an explanation of the various career options within TUI and the sector.
The day was kicked off with an introduction by the general manager of TUI Netherlands, Arjan Kers. Afterward, guest speakers Farley Hollander from Avila Beach Hotel and Kim Moehamad from Tourism Management Curaçao addressed the students.
Presentations were given from all departments of TUI Curaçao to introduce the students to the nine departments, including Customer Service, Marketing & Sales, and Cabin Crew. The day ended with a Marketplace where the managers of all departments answered the questions of the students.
