WILLEMSTAD - The 27th edition of the Study and Career Market started on Monday in the Exhibition Hall at the World Trade Center. The market was opened by the Minister of Education Sithree van Heydoorn and the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Billy Jockheer. This is reported by StudyFair Curaçao.
On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, students can visit stands of different universities, studies, or professions. The organization announces that the Study and Career Market is intended for students in the fourth or fifth year of Vwo, Havo, Sbo, or VSBO. According to StudyFair, the market is a good opportunity to look at future possibilities for students.
Participating schools include Hotelschool The Hague, Fontys, The University of the Dutch Caribbean and STC MBO College. The companies that will present themselves during the market include Aqualectra, Cosmetic Center Curaçao, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Coast Guard.
Students who cannot come to the physical market are invited by StudyFair to participate online on Thursday and Friday. Organizations can register and present their university or profession to the students in 45 minutes. The entrance is free.
