WILLEMSTAD - Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath confirms that Dr. Steven Martina will soon return as Minister of Economic Development.

The intention is that he will be appointed again on 11 March. The current minister, Giselle Mc William, will then return to parliament. Martina left last year due to a conflict of interest investigation, and it was announced in October that he would definitely not be prosecuted.
