WILLEMSTAD - Within three months a new luxury restaurant will be established in Landhuis "De Goede Hoop" on the Penstraat under the name "Nultwenty", with chef Lars Keus.

After that, the construction of 50 luxury apartments next to the land house will start. The last signatures for this prestigious project were placed this week. The apartments will be built in two phases. The first phase must be completed by Christmas 2020, the second phase a year later.
