WILLEMSTAD - The Ministry of Social Development, Labor, and Welfare (SOAW) recently hosted a heartwarming dinner-concert for 500 children from various shelters. The event, which took place over the weekend, was designed to bring joy to the children and featured the talents of local artist Tyziano Casseres.

In collaboration with the We Believe Kids Foundation, the SOAW organized the event as a special holiday treat for the children, who were also presented with gifts by Cabinet Chief Jason Fullinck (KEM) and Foundation Chair Raichel Sintjacoba. Sintjacoba, who was recently appointed as KEM's Parliamentary Fraction Assistant, joined Fullinck in distributing the presents.
The children were delighted by Casseres, a young Curaçaoan artist who was crowned King of Children's Tumba several years ago. Since then, he has released numerous hits and music videos. Following the dinner-concert, Casseres also performed as the opening act for the international concert featuring Bulin 47 and DJ Adonis at the Curaçao Airport Dome.
This festive event provided a memorable experience for the children, combining entertainment and community spirit to end the year on a high note.
