WILLEMSTAD - Khalid Sinouh has left his position as the technical director of the Curaçao Football Federation (FFK) just five months after his appointment. The former goalkeeper's contract was terminated on June 6, as announced by the Curaçao football association on Facebook on Tuesday.
The decision is attributed to a difference in vision. Sinouh was appointed by the FFK as the new technical director on January 15 of this year. His first significant action was appointing head coach Dick Advocaat and assistant coach Cor Pot. Their main task is to secure qualification for Curaçao for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
