WILLEMSTAD - Over the weekend, multiple vehicles were deliberately set on fire in the San Souci neighborhood, near Palu Blanku. Police and fire services were dispatched around 6:00 a.m. to extinguish the flames. Upon arrival, emergency responders found three vehicles fully engulfed in flames.

The Rio Canario fire brigade acted quickly to bring the fire under control, preventing further damage to the surrounding area.
Preliminary on-site investigations suggest that the fire was intentionally started. Authorities are conducting further inquiries to determine the cause and identify potential suspects. The police are urging any witnesses to come forward with information.
