WILLEMSTAD - The St. Elisabeth (Sehos) has lost the summary proceedings against Country Curaçao. The Board of Directors of the Sehos demanded that the Country adheres to the Memorandum of Understanding.
This meant that the country would have to pay off a debt of 45 million guilders. However, the judge ruled that Sehos has lost the case in all respects but stated that the parties are still bound by the Memorandum of Understanding.
