Sehos demands 45 million from the government

WILLEMSTAD - The St. Elisabeth Hospital (Sehos) demands almost 45 million guilders from the government in a summary proceeding. That money has been agreed upon and it is much needed for the hospital to survive until the move next month.

18 million should be paid within three days after the court ruling. Otherwise, the hospital says it can no longer provide healthcare. The total debt of Sehos is almost 120 million guilders, mainly to suppliers of medicines and medical equipment.
