WILLEMSTAD – On Tuesday, May 28, 2025, the Sentro di Detenshon i Korekshon Kòrsou (SDKK) made a heartfelt gesture at the elderly care home Nos Lanterno. 

The initiative was carried out in honor of Father’s Day. Clients from the prison’s tailoring workshop created a variety of handcrafted pins, which were delivered as decorative gifts for the senior gentlemen at Nos Lanterno. 

During the occasion, Mrs. Marsha Sirvania, who supervised the project as workshop leader, and Mr. Jabets Pinedo, SDKK spokesperson, officially handed over the pins to Sisters Pieternella and Jamanika of Nos Lanterno. 

The SDKK management, on behalf of its clients, expressed great satisfaction at being able to contribute to the wellbeing and joy of the residents at Nos Lanterno.
