WILLEMSTAD - As part of its 15th-anniversary celebration, the Sandals Foundation has unveiled a mural at St. Margaretha College in Janwé. This unveiling is part of a larger initiative by the foundation to donate murals to various communities across nine islands in the Caribbean.
The vibrant murals are designed to inspire empowerment and convey a message of hope and unity. The mural at St. Margaretha College was carefully designed and created by Nathaly Harms, in collaboration with local artists Ursula and Jillyn Pietersz.
The artwork celebrates the natural beauty and culture of Curaçao, featuring elements such as the island’s flag, local flora and fauna, and symbols of unity and harmony.
