Victim of Fatal Frater Radulphusweg Crash Identified
WILLEMSTAD – Police have identified the victim of the fatal traffic accident that occurred this morning at the intersection of Frater Radulphusweg and Nijlweg. The victim was 77-year-old Erquillia Isaias Lopez, born in Curaçao on July 6, 1947.
Preliminary investigations suggest the crash was caused by one of the drivers running a red light. The victim, who sustained critical injuries, showed no signs of life when police arrived at the scene. Her death was officially confirmed on-site by a police medical examiner at approximately 11:35 a.m.
