BRISBANE - Jean-Julien Rojer, along with his partner Lloyd Glasspool, has made an impression by winning the Brisbane International 2024 men's doubles event. The match, held in the Pat Rafter Arena, was decided in a thrilling super tiebreak with a score of 7-6(3), 5-7, [12-10] in favor of Rojer and Glasspool.
The new duo, collaborating for the first time in this tournament, secured their first team title after an exciting final against the German pair Kevin Krawietz and Tim Puetz.
This victory marks Rojer's 37th doubles title in his career. Rojer, now 42 years old, has an impressive doubles record, including victories in Grand Slam tournaments such as Wimbledon in 2015, the US Open in 2017, and the French Open in 2022.
He has also achieved success in mixed doubles, winning the French Open in 2014. His accomplishments include victories in various ATP Masters 1000 tournaments and the ATP World Tour Finals.
