WILLEMSTAD – Road improvement works have begun on Kaya Lobi and Kaya Giter in the Seru Grandi neighborhood. Both streets are currently unpaved and overgrown, prompting the need for maintenance.
The project is being carried out under the direction of the Ministry of Traffic, Transport, and Spatial Planning in collaboration with the Public Works Department. The works are expected to last approximately two weeks and are being executed by Ortela General Contractors.
During the project, local homes and businesses will remain accessible. However, traffic will be rerouted in several areas. Detour routes will be clearly marked with signage to ensure smooth circulation throughout the neighborhood.
