WILLEMSTAD – The Public Works Department (OW) has announced that road maintenance work will commence on Friday, February 7, 2025, on Kaya Merida. The project is expected to last five weeks.
The maintenance work will involve asphalting damaged sections of the road. The execution of the project has been assigned to OSB Civil Engineering, and the work will take place during the morning hours.
Traffic and Accessibility
Residents and businesses in the affected area will still have access to their homes and establishments as usual. However, alternative routes will be in place for other motorists, with road signs and barriers guiding traffic flow.
The Public Works Department urges all drivers to exercise caution while traveling through or near the construction zone.
