WILLEMSTAD - As of today, new rules regarding the coronavirus apply at the Civil Registrar’s Office or better known as Kranshi in Otrabanda.

A maximum of ten people can enter the main hall of the registry office, the number for the small hall is seven. Even during a wedding ceremony, no more than ten people may enter. People who have an appointment to collect a driver's license are called for a new appointment.
