WILLEMSTAD - According to a report in the Dutch morning newspaper Antilliaans Dagblad the Isla Refinery has "put a potential bomb" under the remaining severance payment with the more than 900 employees of the refinery.

According to Isla Refinery, employees can only get their money if the company's account at Girobank becomes available.

As is known, all balances over 10,000 guilders in the accounts at the Girobank have been frozen since the end of last year.
