WILLEMSTAD - The government-owned company, the Refineria di Korsou (RdK) will start work on the Horizonte Nobo plan in the coming period. This concerns the development of the areas that are being released now that the contract with PDVSA has expired.

The Venezuelans had 700 hectares at their disposal: Klesch only 500. The remaining hectares must be developed by a new industry.
