RBC awarded by CFI for best digital banking services

PORT OF SPAIN, WILLEMSTAD - RBC Financial (Caribbean) Limited ('RBC') announced today that it has been awarded the Best Digital Banking Services (Caribbean) 2024 prize by Capital Finance International (CFI). This accolade recognizes the bank's commitment to providing innovative and secure digital banking solutions to its customers.

According to CFI, RBC Caribbean Banking holds a strong position as a leader in digital banking in the Caribbean region. 

"With a strategic approach that combines technological innovations with an in-depth understanding of regional nuances, RBC has tailored its services to meet the diverse needs of customers," noted the CFI.co jury. 

RBC's digital platform has been praised for offering a consistent and user-friendly environment where customers have access to the best banking services at their fingertips. The bank was further commended for its robust package of security measures, emphasizing key features such as two-factor authentication and the introduction of biometric authentication. These measures provide peace of mind to our customers, knowing that their transactions and data are secure. 

Additionally, the impressive and intensive use of RBC's digital banking services was noted. Approximately 180,000 users engage in digital banking monthly, with a significant percentage utilizing the bank's platform for bill payments and transfers. 

CFI previously awarded RBC Caribbean the Best Digital Banking Services (Caribbean) prize in 2022.
