WILLEMSTAD - Ravina Constancia was sworn in as an acting notary on Wednesday by the President of the Joint Court of Justice, Mauritsz de Kort, as announced by a spokesperson.
Having completed the required three years of practical experience, Constancia now has the official authority to serve as an acting notary. She will be working at the Baaten Alexander Berends Civil Law Notary Services.
"The shortage of candidate notaries makes it crucial for Constancia to take on this role," stated the Court.
