WILLEMSTAD - Local telecommunications provider Qonèkt has once again demonstrated that it is a dependable partner for livestreaming major events, successfully delivering high-speed internet for Aqualectra’s Light & Love Concert.

For the event, Qonèkt provided a 1 Gbps full-fiber internet connection, ensuring a stable and seamless livestream. The concert was produced by Mauricia Pictures Productions, whose director, Raino Mauricia, expressed full satisfaction with the service.

“They delivered perfectly — absolutely clean,” Mauricia said. “There were no issues at all with the internet dropping.”

Qonèkt’s General Manager, Rauf Engels, said he was pleased to see such positive feedback.

“As soon as we received the request, our technicians immediately got to work so everything would be ready for Saturday night,” Engels explained. “We accepted the challenge because we knew we could handle it — and it was also a great opportunity to show our community the level of service they can expect from us.”

Engels added that the company’s next step is to make Qonèkt’s services widely accessible to the community at large. The plan is to roll out these services during the first quarter of 2026.
