WILLEMSTAD - According to the opposition party Pueblo Soberano (PS), the deal that the Rhuggenaath government has concluded with the Klesch Group is much less favorable than the deal that Curaçao had with Guandong Zhenrong in 2016.

According to the political party, the Chinese asked for no guarantee whatsoever, while Klesch demanded leasehold land and wanted to buy the installations for only 1 dollar. The party regrets that the Rhuggenaath government has broken off the Chinese deal.
