WILLEMSTAD - The Public Prosecutor's Office of Curaçao is launching an extensive image survey. This survey, conducted online through a questionnaire, aims to collect opinions and perspectives from citizens about the working methods and perception of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

The image survey is an initiative to independently understand and analyze public perception – that is, how citizens think about – the Public Prosecutor's Office. According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, it provides a unique opportunity for citizens to share their opinions and experiences, which could lead to possible improvements in the services provided by the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Heiko de Jong, the Chief Public Prosecutor, emphasizes the importance of this survey: "As the Public Prosecutor's Office, we are an integral part of society. We want to know how the community sees us and where improvements are possible. This survey helps us get closer to the citizens and optimize our services."

The survey is accessible through the website of the Public Prosecutor's Office and will remain open until the end of January 2024. Participants can expect that their feedback will be treated confidentially. This, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office, ensures a safe environment in which people can speak freely.
