WILLEMSTAD - The Government intends to revise the general zoning designation of an area within Coral Estate. In accordance with Article 10 of the Island Ordinance on Spatial Development Planning of Curaçao (A.B. 1980, no. 6), a public hearing must be held as part of this process. 

The public hearing will take place on June 23, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the Auditorium of Public Works in Parera. During the hearing, the preliminary draft plan will be presented and explained. Attendees will have the opportunity to express their views on the draft.
