WILLEMSTAD - The Colombian food fair “Alimentos Colombianos - Origen que Emociona” brings to Curaçao various companies that produce Colombian food and will be presenting some of their best products on 19 September at the first Curaçao Showroom 2019, which will take place in the Ballroom of the Curaçao Renaissance Casino & Resort.

Procolombia, a Colombian governmental export promotion agency, brings together in cooperation with other Colombian governmental authorities, such as the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Colombia Productiva, some of the best Colombian exporters with a wide selection of products such as vegetables and fruit (fresh and processed), sweets, milk derivatives, coffee, snacks, sauces and preserves.

During this exhibition, which focuses on traders, importers, distributors, supermarkets and stores, all entrepreneurs from the sector can get a close-up introduction to the unique properties of Colombian food. The wide variety, the availability of the products throughout the year, the easy access to our local market and also the good relationships and connections between Curaçao and Colombia are some of the factors that make this country a strategic supplier for our island.
