WILLEMSTAD - Princess Laurentien recently visited the Representative of the Netherlands in Willemstad, Edson Hato, to discuss the Childcare Allowance issue.
During this visit, the princess provided a report on a conference that took place in December 2023, addressing the Childcare Allowance matter.
Princess Laurentien, along with her foundation, Gelijkwaardig Herstel (Equal Recovery), is advocating for a sustainable and fair recovery for parents affected by the Childcare Allowance issue. She visited the Representation along with Erica Wever from the Minority's KOT/CAS foundation and Zaira Barriento from OTB.
Minority's KOT/CAS provides support to victims of the Childcare Allowance issue in the Caribbean region. A call is made to potential victims on the Caribbean islands to register before December 31, 2023.
