WILLEMSTAD - With the aim of boosting various sectors of Curaçao's economy, Minister Charles Cooper closed a preference agreement with Silver Reef Resort N.V. on Friday, May 12th, for the potential development of a marina in the Piscadera area.
Silver Reef Resort N.V. has been granted a "voorkeursrecht" (preference right) to develop a marina in Piscadera. If the company fulfills all the conditions mentioned in this reservation agreement, the Government of Curaçao may grant them the rights to use the water space in Piscadera for marina development.
In this way, Minister Cooper continues to push boundaries to positively impact our country and bring about new developments.
Minister Gilmar Pisas was also present at the signing ceremony of the mentioned agreement, representing the Ministry of Health, Environment, and Nature, specifically the Environment and Nature department in this case.
