WILLEMSTAD - The police forces of the Dutch Caribbean islands and Suriname want to work on better information. They also cooperate through their intelligence services.
That was decided during the conference of police chiefs held in Suriname. All the chiefs of the islands and Suriname were present. The chiefs also want to focus better on joint management training courses, which are already taking place in Curaçao.
Finally, they want to set up a joint forensic laboratory in the fight against international crime.
