WILLEMSTAD – The Curaçao Police Force is intensifying its search for Michelangelo Koster, also known by the nickname “Pollo,” who is suspected of playing a key role in a fatal shooting earlier this year. 

Koster is wanted in connection with the murder of 19-year-old Sharistone Melfor Benito, who was shot and killed in the Ser’i Payapa area on June 5. 

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Koster’s whereabouts to come forward. To encourage tips, a reward of 5,000 guilders is being offered for information that leads to his arrest. 

The police emphasize that all tips will be handled confidentially and that community assistance is vital in locating the suspect and securing justice for the victim.
