WILLEMSTAD - The police are looking for a quad driver who rode dangerously over the Juliana Bridge on Thursday. The man did that by crossing the bridge with two wheels up.

That happened when there was a traffic jam on the other lane. A photo of the quad on two wheels has been distributed hoping to find the driver. He may also report himself at the police station on Winston Churchillweg, according to the police report.
