Government employees to receive 300 XCG voucher in recognition of their service

WILLEMSTAD - The Pisas III Cabinet has expressed its gratitude to Curaçao’s public sector employees by announcing a 300-Caribbean Guilder (XCG) voucher for all government workers, including civil servants, teachers, and non-teaching staff.

The initiative is meant as a token of appreciation for their continued dedication and hard work in serving the community and contributing to the island’s development.

According to the government statement, the new voucher amount represents an increase of 150 XCG compared to previous years — a gesture underscoring the administration’s commitment to recognizing the value of public service.

“The government is proud to acknowledge the tireless efforts of all public employees whose daily work supports the wellbeing of our nation,” the statement said.
