Pisas Congratulates Mia Mottley on Third Term as Prime Minister of Barbados

WILLEMSTAD – Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas has congratulated Mia Amor Mottley on her re-election as Prime Minister of Barbados, marking the start of her third term in office.

In a message of congratulations, Pisas emphasized the importance of cooperation between Curaçao and Barbados and expressed his desire to further strengthen regional collaboration. He highlighted the value of continued dialogue and partnership within the Caribbean, particularly in areas of economic development and shared regional interests.

Mottley has led the government of Barbados since 2018 and made history as the island’s first female prime minister.
