WILLEMSTAD – Those who are interested in selling food, beverages and other items along the carnival route this year must apply for a special permit. They are also supposed to do this ahead of time.

They only get a vent permit or a place permit if they also have an inspection certificate from the Department of Public Health. In addition, these must have been specially issued for Carnival 2019.

They still have until February 1 to arrange their affairs at the permit counter in Saliña.
