WILLEMSTAD – The Acting Governor of Curaçao, H.E. Michèle Russel-Capriles, welcomed a group of Pennsylvania State University Hillel students on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. The students are on the island for a service trip, participating in various volunteer projects throughout the week.
During their visit, the group received a tour and historical briefing from the Acting Governor, covering the history of the Governors of the former Netherlands Antilles up to the present day.
