WILLEMSTAD - In addition to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Oryx Petroleum Limited with Refineria di Korsou (RdK), there is also an MoU with Alternative Energy Facility (AEF). The company is led by former Aqualectra director, Darick Jonis, as announced in an AEF press release.
AEF will serve as Oryx Petroleum's local advisor. AEF will be responsible for coordinating local requirements, logistics, and analyzing economic, legal, and fiscal conditions (due diligence process).
Once the due diligence process is completed, RdK and Oryx will commence negotiations on the final agreements. It is expected that the parties will reach an agreement on the terms for Oryx's investment in the RdK facilities.
