WILLEMSTAD - The Rómulo Bethancourt Boulevard towards Otrobanda will be closed for the next few weeks. Due to work, one half of the road on the Juliana Bridge will be closed until 11 November.
The Public Works Department reports that the road will be completely open outside of the contractor's working hours. This means that only one half of the road is available between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
During the work, the railing of the Juliana Bridge will be cleaned with water jets, among other things. Rusted parts are also removed and the railing gets a new layer of paint.
