WILLEMSTAD - The nuisance permit for the refinery and the oil terminal at Bullen Bay is now registered under the state-owned company Refineria di Korsou (RdK). This company will operate the Isla refinery until the Klesch Group takes over in June 2020.

Then there will also have to be a new nuisance permit with stricter environmental standards. It is not clear whether it will take effect immediately, it is now being worked on at the Ministry of Health, Nature and Environment.
